ARETE METHOD

1. Program Overview

The Arete Method is a coaching and implementation programme designed to help creators secure their first paid UGC clients through education, coaching, accountability, portfolio development, and outreach support.

The programme includes:

  • Full UGC Video Course
  • Coaching calls
  • Portfolio review
  • First client support
  • First paid video review
  • Community support

2. Programme Duration

The Arete Method is designed to be completed within 60 days.

Students are expected to actively participate and complete all required actions during this period.

Any coaching calls not used within the 60-day programme period will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Call Rescheduling Policy

Students may reschedule up to 2 coaching calls during the programme.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be provided.

Missed calls, no-shows, or additional reschedule requests beyond the two permitted reschedules may be forfeited at our discretion.

4. Student Responsibilities

Success in the programme requires active participation.

Students agree to:

  • Attend scheduled coaching sessions
  • Complete assigned tasks and coursework
  • Build and submit a portfolio for review
  • Follow the outreach framework taught in the programme
  • Maintain professional communication with prospective brands
  • Take consistent action throughout the programme

Failure to complete required actions may void eligibility for the First Client Guarantee.

5. First Client Guarantee

The Arete Method includes a conditional First Client Guarantee.

If a student successfully completes all programme requirements and does not secure their first paying UGC client within 60 days, we will continue providing support until they do.

To qualify for this guarantee, students must:

  • Complete the full programme within 60 days
  • Attend all coaching calls (unless an approved reschedule has been used)
  • Complete all assigned coursework and implementation tasks
  • Have their portfolio reviewed and approved
  • Send a minimum of 100 personalised brand outreaches throughout the duration of the course and a follow up with the ones where that’s possible to do
  • Submit evidence of outreach activity
  • Follow the outreach and pricing frameworks provided during the programme
  • Respond promptly to coaching feedback and requests

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will void the guarantee.

The guarantee applies only to securing a first paying UGC client and does not guarantee any specific income amount, number of clients, long-term contracts, or business results.

6. Eligible Countries

The First Client Guarantee is available only to students residing in the following countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Ireland

Students residing outside these countries may still join the programme but are not eligible for the First Client Guarantee.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to proprietary training materials, coaching resources, programme frameworks, and coaching support, all sales are final.

No refunds, chargebacks, credits, or partial refunds will be provided.

By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree to this policy.

8. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee earnings, specific income levels, full-time employment, client retention, agency representation, or future business success.

The programme teaches proven systems and frameworks, but results depend on each student’s effort, skill development, communication, consistency, and market conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, frameworks, templates, coaching resources, recordings, documents, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Anya Andreeva.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, shared, sold, licensed, or used to create competing educational products.

10. Right to Remove Access

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the programme without refund if they engage in:

  • Abusive behaviour
  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Intellectual property theft
  • Sharing programme materials
  • Disruptive conduct within the community

If removed for these reasons, access to all programme materials and coaching support may be revoked immediately.
