With so many social media management platforms available in the market, it can be difficult to choose the right one, and as a social media manager who’s used the platform for over 5 years now, I wanted to write a personal Agorapulse review.
Table of Contents
As social media becomes increasingly important in the marketing world, businesses and individuals have to find efficient ways to manage their social media accounts through third parties. One such platform is Agorapulse – an all-in-one social media management tool that makes managing social media easy and efficient. But is Agorapulse really worth the hype? In this Agorapulse review, we’ll take a detailed look at the platform’s features, pricing and user experience, and help you decide whether it’s the right tool for you.
Agorapulse Review of Features
First up, let’s talk about Agorapulse’s features. Agorapulse offers all the standard features that you’d expect from a social media management tool – content scheduling, social inbox, reporting and analytics, team collaboration, and more. However, its real strengths lie in its unique features.
For instance, Agorapulse has a built-in CRM system that allows you to manage your customer relationships effectively by keeping track of their interactions with your brand on social media. It also has a feature called ‘requeue’, which automatically re-shares your evergreen content after a specified time period, ensuring that your posts get more exposure.
Another really cool feature is Agorapulse lets you schedule posts into Facebook groups, which is definitely not a feature many platforms have.
Agorapulse’s inbox feature is nothing short of a godsend too. Not only does it help organize comments and messages from different social media platforms, but it also allows me to assign those comments to team members, track response time, and most importantly, automate a lot of tasks. This feature alone has saved me countless hours of digging through disparate threads.
But, it doesn’t end there. Agorapulse’s social media calendar is impeccable in its ability to help me visualize my client’s content across all channels. The user-friendly interface ensures that scheduling, publishing and editing are a breeze. Even better, the content queue feature means that I can plan and schedule content far in advance, keeping things organized and on track.
Whether you like to view your calendar by month, week, as a list or even preview what your Instagram grid will look like (!!), Agorapulse makes it very convenient.
Agorapulse Reports / Analytics
Being able to track analytics, access social listening and pull detailed reports has allowed me to continuously keep tabs on how our client’s social media strategy is progressing. This information is invaluable and has helped guide decisions that have ultimately led to greater engagement and growth across all social media channels.
Compared to other platforms I’ve tried (and I’ve tried most of them!), I truly love Agorapulse’s reports. They’re very visually pleasing (and as someone who’s very visual, this is a big plus for me) and there’s a LOT of stuff there.
There are all the obvious things you’d expect from a social media report, like impressions, engagement and follower changes, and it also allows you the ability to compare between 2 dates (Google Analytics style). Agorapulse has a few things that some other platforms don’t have too, like seeing which hashtags perform best for your channel (who said hashtags are dead?), or best posting times.
I really like how you can clearly see how your content performs, so you can find out which posts resonate with your audience and make more like it!
Agorapulse Costs
Moving on to pricing, Agorapulse is not the cheapest tool available in the market. Its plans start at $89 per month, which may seem steep for small businesses or individuals. However, it’s important to remember that Agorapulse offers powerful features that are worth the investment if you’re serious about managing your social media effectively.
Furthermore, Agorapulse offers a two-week free trial, which allows you to test out its features and decide if it’s the right tool for your business.
User experience
Next, in our Agorapulse review, let’s talk about user experience. Agorapulse is incredibly easy to use. Its dashboard is intuitive and user-friendly, and doesn’t require any technical knowledge. You can easily schedule, publish and manage your social media accounts in just a few clicks.
Another great thing about Agorapulse is its customer support. They offer excellent support through email, chat and phone, and their team is always ready to help you resolve any issues that you may face.
The downsides
This wouldn’t be a fair Agorapulse review without seeing all the aspects.
One downside of Agorapulse is that it doesn’t support some social media platforms, such as Pinterest. However, it does support all the major platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
So is Agorapulse worth it?
As a social media manager, I have had the pleasure of experimenting with several social media management tools. But, hands down, Agorapulse is by far the best one I have come across.
Overall, Agorapulse has truly transformed the way I work as a social media manager. It has helped me stay organized, efficient and has allowed me to provide better, data-driven insights to my clients. It’s the one tool I cannot imagine going without now.
Overall, Agorapulse is an excellent social media management tool that offers powerful features, great customer support and an intuitive user experience. While it may not be the cheapest tool available in the market, its features are certainly worth the investment if you’re serious about managing your social media accounts effectively. The two-week free trial is a great way to test out the features and decide if Agorapulse is the right tool for your business. In my opinion, it’s definitely worth it and should be talked about more!
